It’s a rare occasion where its safe to assume we’re all a part of a globally shared experience. Nationally at the very least, we have been adjusting to this quarantine or the “Big Q” as our friend likes to call it. And since we are all practicing social distancing from our houses, we thought it would be appropriate to base this week’s playlist on an 80’s electronic band, Depeche Mode, who likely played a role in influencing what we know now to be House Music.
Ahead of its time, the Depeche Mode sound is hard to separate from many of the artists we listen to on heavy rotation today. Which is why we’re so excited about this mixtape!
